In this section of the site parents will find important information and documents regarding school life.

At the beginning of each year, parents are required to fill out several forms including medical, dental, emergency contacts, field trip permission etc... If you are looking for any of these forms please follow the link for "School Forms". Whether you are a current parent starting a new school year or a new parent arriving in the summer or in the middle of the year, please take a look at this section of the site and verify that you have returned all the required forms to us.

If you are looking to register your child for any type of after school activity, morning or after school childcare, hot lunches, or study hall please follow the link for "Sign Up Sheets".

Wednesday Notes

Perhaps most importantly, from here you can navigate to the school's Wednesday Notes and the Parents' PA Page. Every Wednesday, our school administration and faculty take the time to upload important information written especially for our parents, so that you may be up to date on everything going on at the school. Please note that there are two different Wednesday Notes each week. The "Office Note" will have information relevant to all parents. It will cover all logistical information that you will need throughout the year (detailed calendar, when to sign up for various before and after school activities, special events, class pictures, parent/teacher conferences etc...). It will keep you informed of interesting happenings, news about EFIP's community, or students' successes and new school procedures. The "Classroom Note" will have information relevant to your child's class in particular. Please take the time to visit both the Office and Classroom Notes every week!
